How much does it cost?

Please see our pricing guide. If you are an independent artist (musician, dancer, photographer, actor, model, author, painter, filmmaker, etc.) and you are wanting to host your professional website, we would like to help you out! Please see our artists page for details on discounts and specific hosting packages tailored specifically to meet your needs and budget!

Do you require lengthy contracts?

No, we do not require contracts of any length. We do, however, offer discounts for prepaying multiple months at a time.

Do you give any discounts for longer-term hosting? (annual, semi-annual, bi-monthly, etc.)

Absolutely! Our discounts for prepaid hosting are posted on our Prices page.

Do you only accept credit cards? Do you accept checks?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. You may pay through Paypal using a check, or you may send us payment directly in the form of a check or money order. However, if you send payment via the mail, your account cannot be setup until payment has been received.

Do you give discounts for hosting multiple websites?

We do not have a posted policy for giving discounts for hosting multiple domains, but please call us and talk with a sales person if this is something you are considering and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Will my website have its own dedicated server?

In short, the answer is no - your website is actually hosted across multiple servers in a system called "cloud hosting." You can learn more about this here.

What are "subdomains" and are they included in your hosting packages?

Subdomains are URLs like "shop.yourdomain.com" and "help.yourdomain.com". We have the ability to offer subdomains for any account but they are not included as part of the standard package at this time. Please discuss your needs with a sales person to find out how we can satisfy them.

Where are your servers located?

Our servers are currently located in a secure data center in Nevada, USA. As our client-base grows we will be adding servers to other facilities across the country and even other parts of the world to give better performance.

Do you have a guarantee of website availability?

All hosting accounts have an availability guarantee of 99% uptime. This allows for the rare but occasionally necessary times when your site might be taken down for brief periods for technical updates. While this is extremely rare, you will be given plenty of advance notification of when these downtimes will occur.

How soon can I have a new website online?

Your new web hosting account will be available to you within minutes of your account sign-up and initial payment. However, due to the nature of the Internet, it could take up to 24 hours for domain name servers to reflect the new information for your domain, and it will probably take you some time to get your website content customized, even if you start with one of our many beautiful templates.

In order to keep our costs low and pass that saving on to our customers, we try to put as much information at the fingers of our customers as possible, so that our support people are not bogged down with simple issues. We offer an extensive online library and knowledge base, user community forums, and an online help center for technical support needs. What do I do if I discover that my website is suddenly unavailable?

You may either submit a Help Ticket online - these tickets are automatically flagged as the highest priority and a technical support representative will contact you immediately, or you may call 713-876-9398 and ask to speak with a technical support representative, but the Help Ticket will actually provide you with the more immediate response.

Who do I contact for non-technical support issues? (Billing, design, consulting, etc.)
